Welcome to the Disability Services Digital & Technology Transformation Forum
With a raft of changes affecting the Disability Sector over the last few years, there is more pressure than ever on Disability Service Providers to deliver effective support that meets the needs of disabled Australians. Technology will be a key factor in meeting the increased demand for these services, and getting this implementation right will be a defining moment for many senior IT professionals.
The Disability Services Digital & Technology Transformation Forum brings together the leaders in this space to discuss the latest innovations, new technologies and transformation challenges while learning useful lessons that they can take back to accelerate and improve their own digital transformation.
By attending you will be able to hear from leading experts from around Australia, understand the growing use of AI and where this technology is going, and return to your organisation with newfound knowledge to help improve the IT delivery of your organisation.

Can you afford to miss out?
In the past few months, we've crafted a program based on previous attendees' feedback, questions and market conversations. Stay ahead in the evolving aged care sector, gain insights, share best practices, and learn from leading organisations.
YOU ASKED
WE ANSWERED
Is it possible to finish at a time that allows for easy travel home?
We are planning to end the forum an hour earlier, meaning there is more time for people to travel home while also avoiding the worst of the rush hour crowds. This is all done without affecting the time available to network and enjoy the sessions.
Is it possible to have the forum venue nearer to the city centre and transport links?
We have moved the forum to a city centre location; the Sofitel in Sydney city centre. With easy transport links to the airport and all major train stations, it will be the most conveniently located forum yet.
Will the venue offer more accessible networking access and reduced movement between sessions?
Our new venue is all located on one floor, and with adjoining rooms it allows complete ease of movement between sessions and breaks – giving you an easier time moving around and networking.
Can industry talks feature real case studies and less theory about the benefits?
We have strongly advised all our solution partners to bring their Disability Service partners to their talk to make them more engaging and relevant to attendees.
Can we hear real thought leaders talk from industry leaders about AI, not just sales pitches?
We have confirmed a keynote talk from Google, an industry leader in AI who will talk and discuss all the latest advances in this technology and how far it will go.
This will not be a sales pitch but an update on the advances and use cases of this advancing technology.
The forum should include more lived experience and inclusivity
We have significantly improved our program to include an opening keynote on embedding lived experience, a closing session on inclusivity, and have more disabled speakers than ever before.
We want to know how new reforms will affect our digital and technological transformation
Our program features specific talks focused on how you can adjust your digital strategy to better incorporate and reflect recent reforms.
With the changes to the NDIS increasing compliance requirements, we have made sure that this forum effectively dives into these issues.
