Primal has over 25 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. Primal strongly advocates for people with disability and champions Diversity & Inclusion in many public forums as a keynote speaker. Last year, Primal created a pilot project and mentored four young people with disability to get meaningful employment for the first time in their careers as part of his advocacy work in Sri Lanka. In 2024, Primal led the VPS Enablers Network Driving Digital Accessibility Forum for people with disability . This was one of the largest employment forums within the Victorian Public Sector.
